Tips for the weekend:

Participants are encouraged to wear a sports bra or swim suit top and loose-fitting clothing as we will be practicing all of the points directly on the skin.
There will be a lunch break around 11:00 so enjoy a one of the small snacks that are provided, bring a lunch or walk to the nearby convenience store or wings restaurant on the corner. More restaurants are available within a short driving distance.
Bring an extra bottle that you can refill with filtered water.
It will be handy to bring an extra pad of paper or notebook and pen to take notes during the weekend.
Everything you need to know about Bio-Touch lies within the training manual. It is important to learn how to use it and and how to apply all of the Bio-Touch points and sets within it.
